Terms of Service

1. About the service

Zorky is a recruitment platform available at zorky.tech (the public site), app.zorky.tech (the candidate and company accounts) and admin.zorky.tech (the CRM for agencies). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use the service

Candidates (job seekers) — may browse public vacancies at /jobs and submit a CV at /apply. Age 18 or older. By uploading a CV, you confirm that the data is yours and that you have the right to share it.
Recruiters and agencies — under paid subscription. Pricing available on request.
Companies (employers) — through a company account at app.zorky.tech, under section 7.
Anonymous visitors — all public pages are accessible without an account.

3. What is permitted

Browsing and filtering public vacancies at /jobs
Uploading your own CV (up to 5 uploads per hour)
Sharing /jobs/:id links publicly (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, and similar platforms)
Requesting data deletion via /privacy/request

4. What is prohibited

Automated bulk extraction of data from public pages (paid programmatic access is available for integrations on request)
Uploading another person's CV without their consent
Using candidate data outside the hiring process (e.g. unsolicited email, scams)
Bypassing rate limits or authentication mechanisms
Posting vacancies with discriminatory requirements (race, gender, age, or any other ground prohibited by applicable law)
Use for military, surveillance, or other prohibited purposes

5. Content and intellectual property

CVs and vacancies remain the property of their respective owners. By uploading content, you grant Zorky a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display it for recruitment purposes and for no other purpose.

The collection of data from public Telegram channels and job boards constitutes the indexing of publicly available content for candidate-matching purposes (legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

6. Agency paid subscriptions

Monthly subscription with automatic renewal. The subscription may be cancelled at any time by contacting @termdocs — access remains until the end of the current paid period, with no refund for unused days. A first-month refund is available within 14 days of initial subscription.

On subscription closure, agency data is exported as a spreadsheet within 30 days and then deleted, except for logs that we are required to retain by law.

7. Company accounts (for employers)

Who signs up. A company account is opened by a person authorised to act on the company's behalf. By signing up, you confirm this and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The account is personal — do not share your password. Invite colleagues through the account; your company is responsible for their actions in it.
One company, one profile. Zorky builds company profiles from public sources (company websites, job boards, public channels). If your company is already listed, you submit a "I represent this company" claim instead of creating a copy. A new profile can be created only if we have no company with that name or domain.
Verification. A claim is confirmed immediately if the domain of your verified work email belongs to the company and the company has no representative yet. Otherwise a member of the Zorky team decides. While a claim is pending, you can see the company's vacancy history (public data) but cannot act on its behalf. Zorky may reject or withdraw a representation that is not confirmed or that breaches these Terms.
Vacancies. Collected vacancies are shown with dates and sources. If information about your company is wrong, write to us and we will correct it. Vacancies you post yourself must be genuine, open and free of prohibited requirements (section 4).
Candidates. The account shows anonymised profiles — without names or contacts — only of people who are available to companies. A contact is released by a separate "Open contact" action and only after the transfer has been permitted. Every opening is logged and uses the organisation's contact balance. A person may withdraw permission or delete their data — access to their contact in the account then ends.
How contacts may be used. Only to recruit for genuine vacancies of your company (for agencies — of its clients). Do not sell or pass contacts to third parties, send bulk mailings or extract data in bulk. Your company processes the contacts it receives on its own responsibility and under applicable law; keep them no longer than needed for recruitment and delete them at the person's request.
Suspension. Zorky may suspend or close a company's access for breach of these Terms, candidate complaints or false information about the company.
Closing the account. On request we delete staff accounts and account data, except for logs we are required to retain by law. The company profile and collected vacancies remain, as they are public data.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that:

Any specific vacancy or candidate will result in a hire
The AI matcher will be fully accurate (it assists recruiter judgment, it does not replace it)
The service will operate without interruption (target uptime: 99.5%)

9. Limitation of liability

Liability for losses caused by our negligence is limited to the subscription fees paid for the preceding 3 months. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus (the operator's place of residence). Disputes shall be heard by the Economic Court of Minsk. EU residents retain additional rights under the GDPR — see our Privacy Policy.
