Frontend Engineer

Job Duties & responsibilities: • Develop interactive, responsive, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessible web onboarding journeys for Credit Cards, Cashline, and Personal Loans using ReactJS and TypeScript based on Figma design specifications. • Implement dynamic lending features including loan repayment calculators, credit limit allocation sliders, balance transfer calculation tools, and instant card/line approval feedback screens. • Deeply understand and adhere to the established digital onboarding product framework, component library, shared styling standards, and multi-step form state engine.

• Analyze legacy J2EE server-rendered web application screens (JSP, JSTL, Struts, Spring MVC) and reverse-engineer business logic, form rules, and client validations into clean React components. • Implement resilient client-side form validation, session persistence, draft save/resume capability, and error recovery handling. • Write clean, maintainable automated unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library; collaborate with squad Automation QA engineers for end-to-end journey automation.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions under the direction of the onboarded Tech Lead and Solution Architect. • Work as a cohesive team with Product Owner, Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Backend Engineers, and Test Engineers.
