Обязанности: Monitor, analyze, and interpret telecommunications network KPIs, with a strong focus on mobile network performance., Analyze large-scale network datasets to identify trends, anomalies, service degradations, and optimization opportunities., Collaborate with Network and Operations teams to define, validate, and improve network performance KPIs., Develop analytical solutions and automations using SQL and Python., Validate data quality and ensure consistency across multiple technology and operational data sources., Conduct root-cause analysis of network performance issues and provide actionable recommendations., Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders., Create dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau) to support analytical activities when required.
Опыт: 1+ year of experience in a data analytics or data engineering role., Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights., Experience working with large and complex datasets., Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis., Good knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar., Ability to leverage AI tools for everyday responsibilities., Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude., Experience in mobile telecommunications or net
