Beschreibung

Accountabilities - Define and coordinate QA strategies, test plans, and testing approaches for Oracle Retail Xstore applications and related retail solutions. - Guide functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing activities to ensure application quality and business readiness. - Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to identify test scenarios, coverage gaps, dependencies, and potential risks. - Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data, and supporting documentation for retail workflows and system integrations. - Coordinate test execution across project teams, monitor progress, and communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders. - Manage defect identification, documentation, prioritization, tracking, retesting, and resolution in collaboration with development and business teams. - Support integration testing between Xstore and connected retail systems, including relevant enterprise applications, interfaces, and services. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA professionals to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues. - Contribute to release readiness assessments by evaluating test results, outstanding defects, and overall quality risks. - Encourage consistent QA practices, reusable testing assets, process improvements, and effective knowledge sharing across teams. - Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint pla
