CareDx is seeking an intern to join the Bioinformatics and Data Science group within the Data and AI team. The intern will contribute to the development of clinical tests that inform diagnosis and treatment for transplant patients, applying and developing bioinformatics and statistical methods to analyze next-generation sequencing (NGS) and omics datasets. Responsibilities Collaborate with scientists and research associates throughout R&D, including experimental design, data analysis, interpretation, and troubleshooting. Work closely with laboratory teams to address scientific questions using bioinformatics methods and tools. Design, develop, and run computational pipelines for NGS and genomic data analysis. Evaluate the performance of emerging technology platforms and assays. Maintain clear, detailed documentation of analyses, methods, and results.
