ABOUT THE JOB We are expanding the team to specifically support our growing AI/ML and Agentic AI ecosystems. As an Application Production Support Specialist, you will ensure the stability and performance of our cutting-edge AI/ML and Agentic AI platforms. You will operate at the intersection of deep technical infrastructure and functional business enablement, managing complex Linux/Kubernetes environments while supporting advanced AI models and MLOps pipelines.
You will work closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Developers to maintain the reliability of next-generation intelligent agents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor AI/ML application performance proactively (e.g., via Dynatrace) and resolve technical/functional incidents to ensure SLA compliance Maintain underlying platform infrastructure (Linux, K8s, Docker) and collaborate with Data Scientists on MLOps pipeline deployments Lead the management of user requests, acting as the primary technical and functional point of contact for end-users Act as a communication bridge between Developers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders during incidents and system updates Drive continuous improvement by collecting user feedback to enhance AI products and providing detailed analysis to development teams for bug resolution Utilize CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) to support the seamless deployment of new AI Agents PROFILE & SKILLS Proven experience in production support or DevOps roles, specifica
