As a Senior Program Manager , you will be working for our client, an organisation focused on supporting farmers through innovative digital solutions and best-in-class sales experiences across the EMEA region. You will lead the development of products that enable sales teams to perform value-creating tasks more effectively, shaping solutions that improve user experiences and contribute to the future of farming. Your main responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Manage and continuously prioritise the product backlog in line with customer needs and business outcomes. Create product roadmaps covering user needs, functional capabilities, and non-functional requirements. Lead product discovery and delivery using user feedback, metrics, research, and Design Thinking methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create user stories and drive Agile delivery. Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure value realisation. Monitor product health, delivery progress, business value, and 90-day outcomes.
