Key Responsibilities Design and optimize microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. Architect secure, scalable cloud-native applications on Azure/AWS. Lead system design, technical roadmaps, and multi-team initiatives. Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability. Implement AI-assisted development, code generation, testing, and documentation. Establish AI usage guidelines, coding standards, and secure development practices. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QE, and DevOps teams. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence. Own systems across development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Required Experience & Skills 3–5 years of Java Backend Development experience. Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices. Experience with Kafka, JMS, caching, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems. Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. Database experience with Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra. Experience with LLM/GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven developer tools. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, CQRS, Linux, and Tomcat. Strong system design, debugging, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Experience contributing to internal platforms or open-source projects is desirable.
