Fullstack Developer (Java / Angular) Location: Poland Contract type: B2B Rate: Up to 160 PLN/h Start date: ASAP About the project We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to join a project involving the development and maintenance of business-critical applications. You will be responsible for implementing new features, ensuring high code quality, maintaining application stability, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role also involves code reviews, technical problem-solving, and actively preventing technical debt. Responsibilities Design and agree on technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, architectural quality, system availability, and consideration of technical debt. Implement agreed changes and new functionalities in accordance with established development standards. Review code delivered by team members and other developers, ensuring compliance with coding standards and technical requirements. Identify and prevent technical debt by initiating refactoring activities and contributing to the system technical debt register. Provide technical and programming support during solution deployments and application maintenance. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve UAT defects and production issues identified through monitoring. Estimate the effort required to implement changes in the system. Collaborate with the team in an Agile environment. Requirements At least 4 years of commercial software development
