Beschreibung

We're looking for a mid-level OutSystems Developer to join a support and evolutive development team, keeping a live platform running smoothly while continuously improving it. This isn't greenfield build work - it's about owning a production application, fixing what breaks fast, and shipping enhancements that make it better over time. You'll work closely with business and IT teams, balancing incident response with planned development, and making sure both get the attention they deserve. What you'll do Diagnose and resolve incidents and bugs in existing OutSystems applications, keeping downtime and business impact to a minimum Design and build new features and enhancements (evolutive development) based on business requirements Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and propose fixes that prevent them from coming back Monitor application performance and health, and act on issues before they become incidents Maintain and improve technical documentation, including architecture notes and support runbooks Participate in code reviews and apply OutSystems best practices for performance, security, and maintainability Manage integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, third-party services) Work within SLA-driven support processes, prioritising tickets by severity and business impact Collaborate with product owners and the wider delivery team on sprint planning and backlog refinement What you bring 2-4 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience (React
