Senior AWS Connect Developer

We are seeking a Senior AWS Connect Developer to lead a full platform migration from LiveChat to Amazon Connect Chat for a global life-sciences client. This engagement covers Amazon Connect configuration across approximately 30 queues and 110 users, a custom agent workspace built on the Amazon Connect Streams API, Salesforce integration, bidirectional Microsoft Teams presence sync via the MS Graph API, SSO via Entra ID, and DynamoDB-backed runtime lookups. The ideal candidate has hands-on Amazon Connect experience specifically, including building and extending contact flows, and is not limited to generic AWS Lambda or serverless patterns.
