Accountabilities: - As a Senior / Principal Software Engineer, you will drive the development of high-quality software, contribute to architectural decisions, and improve the scalability and reliability of an AI-driven SaaS platform. Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations that connect the platform with Salesforce and other relevant systems. - Build and optimize AI-driven workflows that automate revenue operations and improve visibility into deals, sales pipelines, and forecasting. - Develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. - Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure. - Contribute to system architecture, applying sound software design patterns and distributed computing principles. - Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS services and best practices. - Improve software quality, reliability, and delivery speed through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and effective development workflows. - Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and automation to streamline engineering processes while maintaining high standards for security, maintainability, and performance. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve application performance and system reliability. - Con
