We are looking for an experienced Mid Java GenAI Developer with a strong Java backend engineering background and practical experience using AI-powered development tools . You will design and develop scalable Java applications, REST APIs and microservices while working with modern containerisation, CI/CD and monitoring technologies. Send CV to [email] Key Responsibilities Mid Java GenAI Developer Location: Warsaw, Poland Work Model: Hybrid – 1–3 days per week onsite Contract: Contract Experience: 5+ years DCV/WP/VS/29.09.2026 Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications and services . Develop REST APIs and microservices , ensuring security, reliability and performance. Build and support distributed systems using modern architecture principles. Work with containerisation and orchestration technologies . Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Contribute to system design and code reviews. Perform troubleshooting, performance optimisation and production support. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks . Monitor application performance, analyse logs and perform issue triage. Deliver high-quality code through unit testing and code-quality checks. Use AI-powered development tools to improve development productivity. Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to continuous improvement.
