Beschreibung

Job Responsibilities Perform continuous 24x7x365 monitoring of security events, application health, infrastructure alerts, and system logs to identify potential threats, anomalies, and operational issues. Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure uninterrupted security monitoring and operational coverage. Execute standard operating procedure (SOP)-based incident response, remediation, and containment activities to address identified security threats and operational incidents. Monitor automated security batch jobs, log processing pipelines, and security monitoring systems, troubleshooting common failures and escalating complex issues to the relevant teams. Conduct routine production health checks and security posture assessments to ensure system integrity, availability, and operational stability. Support security-related production changes, deployment of security tools, patches, and updates, and post-deployment verification activities. Perform shift handovers, ensuring timely communication of ongoing incidents, unresolved issues, investigation findings, and operational updates to incoming teams. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of security incidents, investigations, remediation activities, and daily operational tasks. Job Requirements 2+ years of experience in Security Operations, Cybersecurity Support, IT Operations, or a related technical support environment.
