Technical Producer (UI) team

We are looking for an experienced Technical Producer to join a cross-functional team consisting of software engineers, front-end developers, and UX designers. The team is responsible for driving the evolution of a modern UI framework, design system, component library, and underlying UI infrastructure used across multiple products and teams. Start: ASAP Length: 6 months with possible extension Location: Stockholm hybrid (on-site presence required 2-3 days per week) In this role, you will be responsible for turning strategy into execution by driving planning, prioritization, and delivery across the team.

You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering leadership, product management, and designers to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on producer role where you will help establish structure, create visibility, manage dependencies, and continuously improve ways of working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
