We’re hiring a Customer Engineering Lead to own the customer experience end to end: understanding what customers need, designing a path forward, translating requirements into engineering work, and driving delivery through launch and ongoing operations. You’ll combine strong DeFi fundamentals, practical software engineering skills, and exceptional communication.

Customers should trust you to understand their business and technical constraints. Engineers should trust you to bring clear requirements, informed judgment, and well-scoped work. THE ROLE You will be the primary owner of customer engagements, from technical discovery and onboarding through production launch and ongoing success.

You’ll lead customer conversations, investigate issues directly, organize the work required across Veda, and stay accountable until the customer’s needs are met. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for building the customer engineering function. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and growth to make customer delivery more predictable and turn recurring work into repeatable processes.
