The Program Manager under our Outage Task Force (“OTF”) plays a critical role in ensuring strategic schedules are met and high-impact projects are delivered efficiently across engineering, operations, construction, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Tasked with executing strategic priorities set by leadership, the Program Manager blends tenacity, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership. In this role, you will prioritize complex tasks, manage multi-faceted project schedules, ensure quality deliverables across diverse workstreams, and serve as an effective leader across internal teams and external partners.
