At Unity, our QA team members are the test and quality experts for feature areas. We are fully embedded and rely on communication and collaboration to help the whole team deliver quality software. We are responsible for fostering a culture of quality and facilitating the idea of challenging quality issues across the entire team. You'll be embedded and working closely with developers for the Web Platform team. In addition to working as part of your development team, you will be part of a global Platform QA team that actively works to ensure the functionality, stability, and usability across all of Unity’s platforms. In this role, you will engage with QA, producers, and development on test strategies and approaches for a variety of projects. You will help the team find the right balance of automated and manual testing, and contribute to the tools and processes that continually improve quality across the team. We expect you to be hands-on and empowered to dive in and solve technical testing challenges as needed. We believe testing is a craft that requires training and skill.
