Are you a passionate software engineer eager to lead the development of cutting-edge cloud platforms? We are seeking exceptional Senior, Principal, and Sr. Principal Software Engineers to craft the next generation of AI-native cloud solutions tailored for the financial industry. In this pivotal role, you will be a hands-on technical leader, solving complex distributed systems challenges, designing scalable cloud architectures, and writing high-performance, production-grade code infused with AI capabilities. This is an individual contributor role perfect for engineers who love building innovative solutions, with the opportunity to mentor and influence a team of talented engineers. What you'll do Design and develop highly scalable, cloud-native platforms on AWS. Create distributed systems, APIs, event-driven services, and core platform components. Drive engineering excellence through clean architecture, rigorous testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices. Own systems end-to-end—from initial design to production deployment and ongoing operations. Mentor fellow engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices. Collaborate closely with product teams and AI specialists to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions. Required Skills: 8+ years (Senior), 12+ years (Principal), or 15+ years (Sr. Principal) of software engineering experience. Hands-on coding expertise with Python.
