What you'll do Design and develop highly scalable, cloud-native platforms on AWS. Create distributed systems, APIs, event-driven services, and core platform components. Drive engineering excellence through clean architecture, rigorous testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices. Own systems end-to-end—from initial design to production deployment and ongoing operations. Mentor fellow engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices. Collaborate closely with product teams and AI specialists to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions. Required Skills: 8+ years (Senior), 12+ years (Principal), or 15+ years (Sr. Principal) of software engineering experience. Hands-on coding expertise with Python.
