ABOUT THE ROLE As Team Lead Group Reporting & General Ledger, reporting to the Head of Accounting, you'll lead the team that owns Forto's general ledger, IFRS consolidated financial statements, and HGB statutory accounts. You'll partner closely with FP&A, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and our external auditors to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across the group. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Ensure general ledger integrity across all entities, including the chart of accounts, journal entry review, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. - Own Forto’s group close (monthly, quarterly, and year-end) and consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and FX translation. - Prepare the monthly IFRS consolidated financial statements and notes, and the annual HGB single-entity financial statements for the German entities and management reports. - Lead the annual
