What You'll Be Doing Join a technology team that is transforming Operations through process improvement, automation, and technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will partner with Operations teams to understand business needs, solve problems, and help bring practical solutions to life. You will build expertise across Operations and technology while supporting solutions from idea through implementation and ongoing enhancement. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to continuously find better ways of working. What We're Looking For Develop a strong understanding of assigned Operations functions and build subject matter expertise in the supporting data, applications, processes, and procedures Partner with Operations stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into practical solutions Aid in the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of solutions that optimize processes and improve operational efficiency Provide ongoing support for developed solutions, including issue analysis, enhancements, and documentation Develop and execut
