Our Client is an international insurtech company specializing in the digitalization and automation of motor claims management, working with insurers, fleet operators and vehicle manufacturers. It develops its own software platform to streamline claims handling and integrate different players across the process. Currently, we are looking for Senior Business Analyst (German-speaking) to join Client`s team. Location: Remote, with mandatory on-site presence in Stuttgart, Germany: 2–3 weeks during onboarding, followed by 2–3 days per month throughout the engagement. Requirements 1) Discovery and requirements analysis Plan, facilitate and follow up discovery workshops with customers and business units Elicit and consolidate requirements from the OEM environment Structure unclear or conflicting requirements; make assumptions and open points transparent 2) Solution design and scope definition Develop business solution concepts for digitalisation, automation and integration initiatives Prepare scope definitions: in/out o
