Our Data team brings strong data engineering and science foundations; this role adds dedicated production AI engineering.

As a Senior AI Developer, you'll design, build, and operate the AI systems and agentic workflows that connect foundation models to our data, tools, and applications, and you'll set the technical direction for how we do it well.

Ship production AI systems and agentic workflows that deliver measurable value in Workleap's products and internal operations. Own the production quality of those systems: observability, testing, security, and cost built in from the start. Turn evaluation evidence from Data Scientists into engineering improvements, so we know whether a system is getting better or worse.
