Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards, metrics and alerts for robot and fleet health. Analyse incident and telemetry data to find recurring failures and leading indicators. Investigate degradation signals and turn them into alerts or engineering tickets. Audit fleet configuration, detect drift, drive it back to baseline, and simplify the configuration so drift is harder to create in the first place. Track component-level health and feed preventive maintenance intervals and the monthly fleet health report. Produce clear evidence packs for engineering and hardware decisions: what is failing, how often, where, and what it costs. Feed findings into playbooks so Robot Support can act on them.
