Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office) Project start date: January 2026 Why choose this offer? The role focuses on coordinating multiple workstreams, managing cross-functional dependencies, driving regulatory initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery across various business areas and legal entities. Responsibilities you'll have Lead and coordinate multiple AML-related initiatives across the organisation Manage programme governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication Drive alignment across business, technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams Oversee implementation activities spanning multiple business areas and legal entities Manage programme roadmaps, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning Prepare steering committee materials and executive-level presentations Ensure regulatory requirements are translated
