Mid QA Engineer

Who We Are Looking For: On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced QA Engineer (Mid / Senior) to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring software quality by combining hands-on manual testing with automated testing, building robust test frameworks, leveraging AI capabilities, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Role Level: Senior / Mid Contract Type: B2B Hourly Rate: 175 PLN / h + VAT Work Model: 100% Remote Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

& Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing. ISTQB Certificate (Foundation level or higher). Polish: Excellent / Fluent (C1 / Native) – must-have English: Advanced (C1 minimum) for daily international communication.

Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in international projects within the financial sector (FinTech / Banking). Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools and AI-driven testing practices to optimize QA workflows. Solid experience in both automated and manual testing methodologies.

Strong background in creating automated test suites and integrating them with CI/CD workflows. Experience working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud environment/services). Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
