In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex mathematical research and robust, scalable enterprise AI architectures while managing end-to-end project execution and mentoring a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and expand the AI Solution Team, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and collaborative innovation. • Scope, architect, and manage complex client projects from discovery to production deployment, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with business objectives. • Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade AI systems, multi-modal pipelines (text, image, etc.), and advanced agentic architectures. • Serve as the primary technical partner for executive stakeholders, translating business challenges into computational and statistical solutions. • Establish best practices for MLOps, code quality, model evaluation, and cross-functional workflows across data engineering and product development.
