Responsibilities Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud, covering ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation Conduct client workshops to assess data architecture, define use cases, and align solution roadmaps Develop integration strategies across Salesforce and external sources using batch APIs, real-time streaming, or Zero Copy Federation with Data Lakes Architect activation patterns for marketing and engagement platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud), ensuring performance and data integrity Monitor Data
