We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) Solution Architect to help our enterprise clients unlock the full potential of customer data, AI-driven insights, and personalized engagement. In this role, you’ll design scalable Data Cloud architectures, lead workshops, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will shape strategies for data harmonization, identity resolution, and activation across Salesforce ecosystems and integrated platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. Working in a collaborative, global team, you’ll guide technical implementation, ensure governance, and advise stakeholders on best practices. Responsibilities Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud, covering ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation Conduct client workshops to assess data architecture, define use cases, and align solution roadmaps Develop integration strategies across Salesforce and external sources using batch APIs, real-time streaming, or Zero Copy Federation with Data Lakes Architect activation patterns for marketing and engagement platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud), ensuring performance and data integrity Monitor Data
