Location: Pasir Panjang (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Subjected to renewal/conversion) Salary Package: Basic UP to $9,500 (dependable on experience) + AWS + ALs and Medical benefits Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python. Own backend features across the full development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support. Build integrations with internal platforms, external systems, and third-party APIs. Develop and enhance AI-powered backend capabilities. Build and maintain data processing pipelines for reliable and efficient information retrieval. Work with relational and non-relational databases to deliver performant and resilient backend systems. Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, observability, and operational performance. Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices across testing, CI/CD, security, and maintainability. Continuously improve platform architecture, performance, scalability, and developer experience. Requirements Min. 4 - 7 years of backend software engineering experience in a production environment. Strong hands-on experience with Python, including frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. 0 / token-based authentication. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB
