The Senior Director, Product Management (Data & AI) is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering Fortrea 's enterprise Data & AI product strategy, product portfolio, and multi-year product roadmap. This role serves as the senior product leader for Data & AI, accountable for ensuring that enterprise data products, analytics products, AI solutions, and emerging digital capabilities align with Fortrea 's strategic objectives and long-term technology vision. The position owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap development, investment prioritization, delivery oversight, adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement. The Senior Director, Product Management will lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with Engineering, Data, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Business Stakeholders, Program Management, Security, and Operations teams to ensure products are delivered successfully and produce measurable business outcomes. As a member of the Data & AI leadership team, this role is accountable for translating Fortrea 's three-year Data & AI strategy into an executable and measurable product portfolio that delivers enterprise value, operational efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
