Accountabilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring code quality, reliability, and performance. - Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs to enable seamless communication and integration between enterprise systems. - Build and manage messaging solutions using Apache Kafka and IBM MQ to support asynchronous communication and event-driven processing. - Contribute to the evolution and modernization of enterprise applications, improving scalability, maintainability, and system resilience. - Work with microservices architectures to develop modular, efficient, and distributed backend solutions. - Support application deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm, contributing to reliable and consistent delivery processes. - Work with PostgreSQL databases to support data persistence, querying, and integration requirements. - Use Git for version control and collaborate with development teams to maintain organized, efficient software development workflows. - Participate in technical discussions and project meetings in English and Spanish, coordinating effectively with international teams. - Identify technical issues, troubleshoot application behavior, and implement improvements to backend performance and integration reliability. - Requirements: Proven professional experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot. - Practical experience with Apache Kafka and IBM MQ/MQ Series for messaging, asynchronous proce
