About the Role We seek a Visual Experience Designer to help shape the visual and interactive experience of our clients global marketing website. You will primarily be responsible for creating and evolving visual assets across our digital experiences, including illustrations, imagery, video, motion, and animation. By combining strong creative skills with an understanding of modern web technologies, you will develop engaging experiences that showcase our brand and financial products. In addition to supporting day-to-day projects, you will help modernize asset creation, management, and delivery processes. This includes building a scalable asset library, establishing visual guidelines and reusable patterns, and exploring new methods to enhance interactivity on the web while collaborating closely with design and development teams to implement high-quality solutions across multiple markets. What You’ll Do Create compelling visual experiences Create high-quality and scalable visual assets across digital touchpoints, which may include illustrations, imagery, video, motion, and animation. Support ongoing projects and daily design needs, translating creative direction and experience concepts into engaging visual solutions. Investigate new visual interaction techniques to enhance digital experiences, making them more dynamic and distinctive.
