Job Description: We are seeking an independent and experience Product Manager - Software development to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager - Software Development work closely with Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and responsible for the overall success of the product, ensuring that it meets customer needs, aligns with business objectives, and is delivered on time. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategic & Vision •Work closely with CTO in product vision and strategy based on market requirement, customer needs, and business goals. •Create a product roadmap for long-term development as well as key milestones based on market requirements. • Stay current with technological advancements and explore opportunities for integrating new technologies or frameworks into the product. •Lead the effort to push the product to the next level through innovative solutions that set it apart from competitors. Requirement Gathering and Prioritization •Work with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. •Prioritize features based on value to customers and alignment with business goals, balancing innovation with technical feasibility. 3. Product Development • Collaborate with Software Development engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the product is developed according to the requirements. • Act as the main point of contact for development teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. • To be Agile to ensure proper task estimation planning.
