About the role Every colleague at Tesco generates documents — a Right to Work report on day one, a fit note, a contract, a P45 when they leave. CDMS (Colleague Document Management Solution) is the Global Component that journey teams plug into CDMS rather than building their own document handling, and CDMS owns capture, storage, retrieval, retention and reporting. 5 million documents a year and nine business areas in the demand pipeline. This is a genuinely end-to-end role and you will own it. You will set the longer-term platform strategy and run the day-to-day backlog with engineers in Kraków. You will shape the frontend experience managers and colleagues actually use, and you will onboard teams across the business onto it.
