Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Trainer Responsibilities Carrying out training needs analysis to identify gaps between current and desired skills levels Gathering, registering in single repository, safeguarding and making available for reuse the existing training materials for ICT applications and related business processes Collecting lessons learned from previous and current trainings Setting objectives, proposing education means, learning styles, education programme, sourcing and methods of measuring effectiveness of education for use of ICT applications Providing directly training classes, workshops, lab trainings for end users of ICT applications Providing direct trainings and mentoring in scope of use of ICT applications to mid and top management Bridging developers with the end users by contributing to the requirements and change management processes for new applications and further evolution of existing applications based on feedback from trainings Participating in delivery of new ICT applications and contribute to the projects in scope of planning and delivering of trainings related to these projects Analysing business process and learning the new applications be
