You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the future of technology and industry solutions by ensuring that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices. Your expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping innovative solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for our customers. Responsibilities Authoring and ensuring development process follows system safety program plans Reliability analysis – Allocations to define requirements Functional hazard analysis Failure conditions requirements analysis Safety requirements decomposition Model based development system design Systems integration Reliability predictions throughout design process Failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) Safety requirements validation & verification Development of fault tree analysis and common mode failures Driving design development based on safety principles Aftermarket safety analysis and reliability metrics tracking Cus
