Description: Remote Our client seeks a Hogan Business Systems Analyst to lead and drive business process transformation initiatives on the STEM project. The role collaborates with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The analyst conducts needs assessments, defines and documents requirements, supports testing, and ensures solutions meet client objectives through reporting and analysis. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Determine system requirements and communicate them through specifications, reports, project plans, and other documentation. Ensure compliance through monitoring and analysis. Schedule and facilitate portfolio, requirements, and design reviews, as well as project status meetings with stakeholders, management, project, and technical teams. Develop and maintain agendas, minutes, and issue and action item logs. Collaborate with systems analysts to develop and execute test cases to ensure requirements are met.
