Описание

Accountabilities - Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects, ensuring alignment with program goals, architectural standards, delivery timelines, and quality expectations. - Develop delivery roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and execution strategies across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Define project scope, deliverables, dependencies, and governance processes using Agile/Scrum, hybrid, and other industry-standard project management methodologies. - Identify delivery risks and issues early, establish mitigation plans, manage escalations, and drive timely resolution. - Coordinate engineering, data, QA, product, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to support technical design discussions, solution reviews, and integration planning. - Facilitate working groups, solutioning sessions, delivery checkpoints, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain progress and alignment. - Serve as the primary delivery liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, client leadership, and delivery organizations, communicating status, risks, timelines, and dependencies clearly. - Oversee go-live planning, cutover coordination, runbook preparation, issue triage, defect management, and post-implementation support to ensure operational readiness and deployment stability. - Lead onshore and offshore teams, promoting collaboration, ownership, accountability, effective prioritization, and constructive conflict resolution. - Requirements: 10+ years of experience in enterprise
