Accountabilities - Build and deliver high-quality mobile experiences: Develop, maintain, and optimize production-ready mobile applications using React Native, ensuring intuitive interactions, responsive performance, and a consistent user experience. - Own features from discovery to launch: Take responsibility for the entire product development lifecycle, from identifying customer problems and defining technical solutions to implementation, release, measurement, and iteration. - Collaborate on product strategy: Partner with product managers and designers early in the development process to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, refine requirements, and propose effective solutions. - Develop data-driven experiences: Integrate APIs and real-time data into mobile interfaces, making informed decisions about state management, rendering, application architecture, and performance. - Drive measurable product improvements: Use customer feedback, behavioral insights, metrics, and experimentation to evaluate feature effectiveness and continuously improve customer journeys. - Maintain engineering excellence: Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering standards that improve application quality, security, reliability, and maintainability. - Leverage AI-assisted development: Use AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate implementation, exploration, and debugging while maintaining responsibility for code quality and technical decisi
