As an Assistant Project Manager, you will help shape scalable regional customer engagement solutions that connect business needs, technology capabilities, and customer expectations. Your work will play an important role in putting a smile on customers’ faces by enabling more personalized, efficient, and impactful customer engagement across multiple markets. What You'll Be Doing: Lead business requirement discovery and analysis for regional customer engagement initiatives.
