Описание

As a Test Automation Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering, and maintaining high‑quality automated testing solutions across a suite of innovative products. You will work closely with developers, product owners, architects, and wider engineering teams to drive a quality‑first mindset and ensure that automation is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. A core part of the role is building, enhancing, and governing automation frameworks, ensuring that testing is scalable, reliable, and aligned with modern engineering practices. You will work heavily within an Agile Scrum environment, champion test-driven development (TDD), support continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines, and guide teams in modern automation approaches, tools, and techniques. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional Agile teams. Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of test automation frameworks across multiple products and services. Define and maintain automation standards, patterns, and best practices across the SDLC. Evaluate, recommend, and introduce new automation tools and frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency. Drive the adoption of TDD, automation-first approaches, and quality engineering practices across teams. Build and maintain automation solutions using: Cypress Cloud and Selenium WebDriver for E2E testing. Cucumber and Reqnr
