About the Team:  At Swiss Re, our mission is to make the world more resilient. The P&C Re Architecture team helps advance that mission by shaping the data, technology and architectural foundations that enable better risk understanding, stronger decisions and trusted analytics across the reinsurance business.  Together with colleagues across business and IT, we shape the foundations that enable trusted data, advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to support better decisions, strengthen resilience and create value for our clients About the Role:  As a Lead Data Architect, you will shape end-to-end data architecture across a broad business and application landscape. You will work with stakeholders across business and IT to translate complex requirements into logical data models, data flows and architecture designs that support operational processes, integrations, analytics and AI-driven use cases.  You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and application engineering teams on all data architecture-related topics. In doing so, you will help ensure that data is structured, governed and managed in a consistent way across systems, enabling trusted, reusable and well-controlled data assets across the organisation. Key responsibilities:  Collaborate across boundaries – partner with P&C Reinsurance business and IT teams, as well as the broader Swiss Re organisation, to translate business requirements into clear, actionable data architecture designs.  Design with purpose
