The next stage is bigger than Norway. 4human launched in Sweden in 2026 and is now the core-HR pillar of a Nordic HCM group alongside Eletive (engagement and people analytics) and Tamigo (workforce management), with a shared ambition to become the leading human capital management platform in the Nordics and beyond. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help make 4human HRM secure, reliable and efficient as the customer base grows. You will improve the platform used by PHP and Go services, public APIs, integrations and background workers, and make it easier for product teams to deliver safely. The platform you will work with Our infrastructure configuration brings together AWS EKS, Terraform and reusable Helm charts. Jenkins builds container images, Flux reconciles environment Helm releases, and the charts generate Argo CD applications for individual services. Monitoring and logging configuration includes Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Alertmanager and Fluent Bit, alongside CloudWatch and OpenSearch.
