About the Role As a Game Producer on the Wild Rift Gameplay team, you will lead the production and delivery of gameplay initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn product goals into high-quality player experiences. You will establish clear plans, manage dependencies, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and guide work through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Game Designers, Insights, Creative, Publishing, and external development partners to align priorities, coordinate execution, and make informed tradeoffs across scope, quality, timelines, and team capacity.
