Language: German Contract: B2B Rate: 37-40 EUR/h Mode: Remote Introduction & Summary The role involves providing technical leadership and coordination for Network Engineers focusing on firewall technologies, specifically Check Point and Fortinet . The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal product performance and compliance with security standards. Main Responsibilities Key duties include operational management within RUN, handling major incidents, and ensuring adherence to change management processes. Firewall configuration Firewall performance optimization Continuous monitoring and analysis Testing and validation of firewall settings Ensuring compliance requirements are met Quality assurance of configurations and troubleshooting Implementing planned configurations based on change processes Documentation according to guidelines Key Requirements Check Point CCSE or higher Fortinet NSE 4 or higher ITIL knowledge preferred Experience in technical leadership and mentoring Fluent English; German is an advantage Ansible/Python and CheckMK knowledge desirable Other Details This position offers significant opportunities for technical advancement in a dynamic environment, with possible remote work arrangements and involvement in large-scale network infrastructure projects.
