Work mode: hybrid – 2 days per week in the Kraków office (on-site presence is essential due to the collaborative nature of the role). Start: ASAP. Contract: B2B. Recruitment process: 1h interview technical on zoom with hiring mnaager. Duration: >3 months contracts. Project language: English. Industry: Banking. Workload: Full time (40 hours per week). Summary: This role is for an experienced Scrum Master to join the HCIB team, focusing on project delivery in Israel. The main objective is to facilitate agile processes to improve team productivity and ensure high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support Agile teams in applying Scrum principles and continuously improving delivery processes. Manage and track project activities, sprint progress, and team performance using JIRA. Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across business and technical teams. Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team. Must Haves: Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies, Agile ceremonies, and JIRA. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
