Team Connect is Poland’s leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. Since 2008 we successfully create and develop software for our clients. We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications. Currently, we are looking for: Scrum Master Responsibilites Facilitate Agile ceremonies (appropriate for Scrum or Kanban), ensuring that best practice techniques are followed to maximise delivery. Increase Agile knowledge and understanding through ongoing coaching, mentoring and education of the Stakeholders and the team. Ensure the adoption of Agile principles and practices and the implementation of these, leading to maturity. Identifying areas of improvement for the Delivery Team and enable them to implement planned change Produce an environment of change for the team. Challenge business stakeholders to look at products/deliverables in an evolutionary manner, supporting Agile delivery methods. Produce relevant metrics that can be used to measure progress against product/project development and within the team's own performance. Proposing change to the way of working when required. Initiating, planning and delivery of projects Managing full end-to-end projects with the business Managing project budgets Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
