We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a complex Financial Services environment. The role focuses on enabling effective Agile ways of working, supporting development teams, facilitating collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. Project information: Type of project: IT Services Office location: Warsaw (Wolska) Work model: hybrid – 50% on-site, 50% remote Budget: 90 PLN net/ h - b2b Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: ASAP Project scope: Support development teams in the effective application of Scrum and Agile practices Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team collaboration Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile ways of working Support delivery across distributed Agile teams Promote continuous improvement and effective Agile practices Support communication, coordination and reporting around delivery Competence demands: Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master Very good knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe; exposure to LeSS or Nexus is relevant Strong facilitation, coaching and team-management capabilities Experience working with distributed delivery teams Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Rall
